Uncoilers

Description

The Uncoiler, also known as the “Decoiler”, is used to take up the wound strip (coils). The strip is unwound from the reel via a haul-off device placed afterwards.

Templet offers decoilers with a payload of 500 to 2000kg. Depending on the requirements, the reels are offered with or without an electronic drive. The reel is usually designed in duplicate in order to guarantee uninterrupted production during a coil change. For the production of different pipe diameters, the reel position can be adjusted across the line direction.
