Multilayer pipe lines
Templet Deutschland GmbH produces systems for the production of multilayer composite pipes. Depending on customer requirements, the systems can be equipped with a TIG welding device or a laser welding device.

Strip preperation
The strip preparation consists of two decoilers, a welding device and a strip accumulatoc. This is required to ensure a 24-hour process. If required, the accumulator capacity can be adjusted.

A pipe winder is always required when a strip material has to be wound in a spiral on a continuous product.

INNOVATION
Competence in every direction
One of the most important innovations from Templet Germany is, for example, a fully automatic strip guiding system. As a result, the aluminum strip is always held in an ideal position for the welding process without the intervention of an operator. With this unique technology, there is no need to use the usual lateral guide rollers. Damage to the belt edges is a thing of the past. An important added value that only the systems technology from Templet Germany brings with it.
A particular core competence of Templet Germany are pipe welding systems with laser welding technology. By using many years of experience in TIG welding, Templet Germany was one of the first system manufacturers to establish this innovative welding technology on the market as an economically interesting alternative to the TIG welding technology that is still available as standard.
